Pickup Policy

How Pickup Works

Select "In-store pickup" at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 4 hours during business hours. You'll receive an email when your order is ready to collect.

Pickup Location & Hours

5850 Ellsworth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15232 — Mon–Fri 10am–7pm, Sat 10am–8pm, Sun 11am–6pm.

Pickup Timeframe

Orders are held for 14 days from the ready notification. Unclaimed orders will be refunded to the original payment method, less any restocking fees on final-sale items.

Customer Identification

Please bring your order confirmation and a government-issued photo ID. If you authorize someone else to pick up your order, they will need a copy of the order confirmation and their own ID.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not collected within 14 days and we are unable to reach you, we will return it to inventory and process a refund.
