Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During launches or holidays, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Shipping Methods

• Standard US shipping (2–5 business days) — complimentary on orders over $150, otherwise $12.
• Express US shipping (1–2 business days) — calculated at checkout.
• International shipping — rates and duties calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Weather, carrier disruptions and customs may occasionally delay delivery. We'll keep you informed of any known issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Contact support@cudovia.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

International Orders
