Returns

Unworn pieces with original tags may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges for size or colour are complimentary within 30 days, subject to availability. Visit our Ellsworth atelier or request a prepaid exchange label by email.

Refund Eligibility

Sale items, intimate apparel, and altered pieces are final sale. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@cudovia.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

Store Credit

You may opt to receive store credit in lieu of a refund, valid for 12 months from issue.

Processing Times

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of inspection. Funds may take additional business days to appear in your account.
